Household Waste Sorting system Introduction

Working Process of Household Waste Sorting system
1. The forklift transports the rubbish to the feeding platform, and the hopper will take away the rubbish.
2. The garbage will be evenly distributed by the feeder, and then be evenly sent to the next process by the belt conveyor.
3. Workers will pick out the large waste (large branches, sticks, bricks, bottles, etc.) when the garbage goes through the manual sorting platform.
4. The rubbish will be separated by a rotating screening machine and will be sorted into two kinds of rubbishes. The first one is that the diameter is large than 50mm (the plug hole size is designed carefully according to the reality of garbage). These materials are mainly classified into bottles, plastic, shoe sole, and so on. The second one is less than 50mm undersized material which is metal. At the same time, the waste metal will be picked out by a strong magnetic separation machine.
5. The plastic will be packed by a baler machine; the heavy material will be directly sent to outside for landfill or be crushed to make bricks; we can pick out the useful material from the mixture material, then recycle them.
The whole household waste sorting system takes advantage of several advanced sorting methods, and just needs few people to operate. At the same time, the sorting rate is so high and don’t need workers to operate all the time in the municipal waste recycling plant.
Component of Household Waste Sorting system
1.Chain feeder
The main function of the chain feeder is to feed the materials uniform, it can make the whole line work more smoothly. Customers can load the materials by forklift.
The trommel screen is mainly include: transmission parts (motor, reducer), polyurethane rollers(Low noise and wear resistance), screen plates (replaceable,manganese steel, wear-resistant), roller rings, guide plates, bearings, outer shell frames, etc.
2.Bag breaking system.
Since fresh household waste is packed in bags, the bags need to be broken before sorting, it will be better for next sorting.
The inside of machine have blades,it can easily tear the bag but it wont shred the material.
3.Trommel screen
The trommel screen maily through the size to sort, The size of screen is customized 3-7cm. The wastse below the screen is humus soil,It can use as garden soil, landfill, or further process into organic fertilizer.The oversize waste is the material larger than hole, it will go to next process.
4.Iron separator
It can sort out magnetic materails,such as iron.
5.Air sorting machine
The air sorting machine mainly according to material specific gravity to sort, it can separate the material into heavy materials and light materials. The heavy materials

Our equipment use positive and negative pressure working,the air volume is adjustable and the sorting rate can increase 95%.
6.Manual sorting table.
If you want to pick out the valuable materials, like plastic bottle,rubber,wood etc. you can have several people there to sort the useful materials.or you can use a robot arm instead of people.
7.Baling machine
The conbustible material can make block and sent to electricity plant, or you can have deep processing to make RDF briquette.
