Garbage sorting process of stale garbage sorting equipment

Traditionally, stale garbage is treated in an open manner. In the process, dust and odor spread, causing serious secondary pollution to the surrounding environment. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to provide a stale garbage sorting equipment treatment system to solve the pollution caused by improper treatment of stale garbage to the surrounding environment and realize the recycling of earth resources. It includes a feeder, which is used to transport stale garbage; a vibrating screen is used to screen stale garbage; a drum screening machine is used to further screen stale garbage; and a closed air separator is used to screen and classify stale garbage.
The stale garbage sorting equipment includes a feeder, a vibrating screen, a drum screening machine and a closed air separator. The stale garbage is transported to the vibrating screen through the conveyor belt connected to the feeder. Under the action of the vibrating screen, bricks and tiles are sorted out through the vibrating screen and directly landfilled after collection. It should be noted that the conveyor belt between the feeder and the vibrating screen is also equipped with a manual sorting platform. The large items are manually sorted out on the conveyor belt through the manual sorting platform, and the bagged garbage mixed in the garbage is torn apart.
The stale garbage selected by vibration screening is sent to the drum screening machine through a conveyor belt. The drum screening machine divides the stale garbage into the oversize and undersize according to the size of the sieve plate aperture. The undersize can be used as nutrient soil for landscaping. The oversize is sent to the comprehensive air separator through a conveyor belt. The closed air separator includes a box body, a feed port is provided on the upper right side of the box body, and the feed port is connected to a conveyor belt. The lower sides of both ends of the box body are provided with a first collection box and a second collection box. A roller is provided below the feed port, and a first conveyor belt is provided at the lower end of the roller. A second conveyor belt is provided below the first conveyor belt, and a third collection box is provided at the junction of the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt.
The box body of the stale garbage sorting equipment is provided with a first air inlet and a second air inlet below the feed port, and a third air inlet is provided below the first conveyor belt. The first air inlet, the second air inlet and the third air inlet are all equipped with a first fan, a second fan and a third fan, and an induced draft fan is provided at the other end of the box body.
