The working principle of fish drying machine:
The first step, spread the fresh material on the tray and stack them together,Then push the trolley into the drying room.
The secondly step:Set the drying process on the PLC control panel,Start the host,The host will produce the hot air and enter into the drying room. The circulation fan will transport the hot air into the drying room start to dry.
The third step,During the drying process, it will generate the water vapor, The water vapor is discharged through the dehumidification system. The waster will take out directly and the hot air will recycle to the drying oven.It can save 60-70% energy consumption.
The forth step,Taking out the dried material after the machine stop,Then put another batch fresh material into the drying oven, The machine can recycle working.
