Step 1

Initial sorting: After manual sorting, the decoration waste materials are sent to the feeder by a forklift, and areseparated by the disc and fan of the roller screen equipment to separate the large and light materials from theheavy materials. Concrete blocks, red bricks and tiles and other heavy materials are transported by belt to theinside of the crusher feeding mouth for crushing;

Step 2

Primary crushing: After the materials entering the feed port of the crusher are crushed in multiple stages, theyare again removed by the iron removal equipment, and the separated magnetic materials such as steel bars aretransported to the outside of the machine equipment through the belt conveyor, waiting for comprehensiveutilization;

Step 3

Re-screening: the crushed and iron-removed aggregate is transported to the drum screen equipment, and thedrum screen equipped with a fan can cleanly separate fine paper scraps, plastics, wood slag, etc. from thematerial, and the recycled aggregate lt can be processed and recycled, and the light weight can be reshapedand processed.

Step 4

Circulation system: Under the above-mentioned treatment, the decoration waste realizes a complete set ofcrushing, cleaning and impurity removal production process. Larger materials can be fed back through the beltconveyor and returned to production and processing again, forming a closed-circuit circulation system toimprove the efficiency of the crushing process;
